Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
Standard shipping delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, while express shipping is delivered within 1 to 3 business days. If an express shipment is delayed, the difference between the standard and express shipping costs will be refunded.

Items can be returned within a 14-day return period. Please contact us at crocbrothers@outlook.de for assistance with the return process.
Returned items must be in unused and original packaging; labels and seals must remain intact and not be removed.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the delivered item is defective or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. We recommend retaining proof of shipment or a tracking number until the refund process is successfully completed.
